Keith Hensler

    Keith Hensler came to Mukwonago in 1976 as a physical education instructor and varsity assistant football and track coach after teaching and coaching at Irwin-Kirkman Community High School (Irwin, IA) for seven years.

    In 1979, Keith was appointed head football coach at MHS - a position he currently occupies.

    Teams that Keith has coached exhibit a workman-like attitude, while maintaining the highest level of sportsmanship and competitiveness.

    As head coach of the Indians, his overall record is 162-73.  He has coached eleven state play-off teams, five conference championship teams, and three sate semi-finalist teams.

    In 2001 Keith Hensler was inducted into the Wisconsin Football Coaches Hall of Fame.
