Jackie Fritz (Branscombe)
Class of 1989

   Jackie attended Mukwonago High School from 1985–1989.  During that time was All American and All Conference in gymnastics and track and field.  She lettered in gymnastics (2) and track and field (4).  Jackie was an alternate for the 4x400 relay team at the State track meet in 1986.  She was a member of the mile relay team which placed 3^rd at the 1988 track and field State meet.  In the 1989 gymnastics season, Jackie was ranked 3^rd on the uneven bars, however due to a broken thumb placed 8^th at the State meet.  Jackie had an exceptional senior year in track and field, winning every conference race she competed in and placing 2^nd in the 200 meter and 400 meter races at the State meet.  Currently Jackie holds the record for the fastest times in the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes and also as a member of the mile relay team.

   After graduation Jackie attended Erik of Norway cosmetology school.  Jackie went on to attend master cutting classes in Tornado, Canada; Beverly Hills, California; New York City, New York, Saskatoon, Canada; Orlando, Florida and Chicago, Illinois.  She is currently a Master level stylist and educator for Signature Salon & Spa in Waukesha.

   Jackie would like to take this opportunity to thank her amazing family and friends for supporting her during her fight with breast cancer.  She is a survivor and is currently cancer free.

   She would like to thank her coaches, Dad & Mom, Nordy, Margie, Ralph Smedima and Neil Smedima for always supporting her, believing in her and pushing her to be the best athlete that she could be.
