Scot Brecklin
Class of 1976
Scot Brecklin is a 1976 graduate of MHS. While attending Mukwonago he lettered in football twice. He was the starting quarterback and defensive back. Scot was also a standout basketball player lettering three times earning All-Conference honors his junior and senior year and All-County honors his senior year. As a junior Scot led the team to a Southern Lakes Conference championship. Scot lettered in baseball his junior and senior year where he was named the team’s MVP his senior year. Scot credits his coaches Jerry Swan, Bob Douglas, Harry Nordentoft, and Don Enright for helping him succeed as a student athlete at MHS.
Scot attended UW-La Crosse and played basketball there for four years and graduated with a degree in business administration. He has worked for Industrial Sales Tech as a manufacturer’s rep for over 20 years. Scot has been married to his wife Peggy (Johnson), also an MHS grad, for 25 years. Scot and Peggy have two children, Kara, a sophomore at MHS and Koy who is in the 7th grade.
Scot is thankful to his parents Bill and Nancy for their love and support.
