Ron Simonis
Class of '68

        Ron Simonis is a 1968 graduate of MHS.  While at MHS Ron earned 8 varsity letters, football (3), basketball (2), and baseball (3).

        In football Ron was Honorable Mention for All Conference at cornerback as a junior, he also returned punts and kickoffs.

        In basketball Ron was also Honorable Mention for All Conference as a junior.

        In baseball Ron was MVP as a sophomore and again as a senior.  Ron played second base, shortstop and turned pitcher his senior year, pitching two no hitters towards the end of the season.

        Ron really enjoyed playing for Don Enright, Jerry Swan, and Bob Douglas.

        Ron has been employed at Waukesha Electric Systems, formerly RTE-ASEA, for 35 years. Ron has been married to Mary Kay for 36 years, and has two daughters and three grandsons.  Ron and his family lived in the town of Mukwonago for 28 years and just recently moved to Eagle.
