Karen Krull
Class of '87
Karen Krull graduated from Mukwonago High School in 1987 where she earned seven major athletic award letters for participation in basketball, volleyball, and softball.
In volleyball, Karen was found to be Most Dedicated all four years and was team captain for two years. She was named Most Valuable Player in 1986 and received an All Conference Honorable Mention.
Karen was the team captain on the JV and varsity basketball teams. She received Most Dedicated and Best Defense while playing on the JV team. Karen set a record for most assists (44) in 1985 on the Varsity team.
As a member of the softball team, Karen was the RBI leader and Most Valuable player in 1987.
In Karen’s senior year, she was the MHS female athlete MVP and received the Outstanding Student of Physical Education award as well as the Indian award. She attended Carroll College and played one season of basketball and softball before being sidelined indefinitely from sports due to an injury. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and went on to receive her masters degree in School Psychology from Tuft’s University. She is currently living in Boston, MA and has been employed as a school psychologist for the past 13 years.
