Jason Mock
Class of '92

Jason Mock is a 1992 graduate of MHS.  During his high school career he earned ten varsity letters that include two in football, two in basketball, two in baseball and four in track.

          Jason earned multiple individual awards during his four sport career at MHS.  He was named All-Conference, All-Area, and Team MVP in football and was All-Conference in baseball.  Jason was awarded Male Athlete of the Year for MHS as a senior, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.   He earned the WH Brady Outstanding Student Athlete Award for his athletic and academic achievements.

         After high school Jason received a full scholarship to attend the United States Air Force Academy.  He played Division I football as a fullback for the Falcons and earned his letter as a sophomore.  During his junior and senior year, Jason played inside center for the Academy Rugby team.  He led the team to the Division I National Semi-Finals in both his junior and senior years and earned All-American honors as a senior.  Jason was named to the Academy Athletic Director’s list as a junior and senior.

         Upon graduation from the AF Academy Jason was accepted to the University of Arizona and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration.  After serving five years as a Finance Officer in the Air Force, Jason transitioned into corporate finance.  He has held various financial management roles with GE, Sears Holdings and is currently a Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Bank of America Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

         Jason has been married to Ashleigh for over 9 years and they have a son, Alec (5), and a daughter, Ainsley (3).

        Jason attributes his success during and after high school to his supportive family and his great MHS coaches; in particular the leadership and mentoring of Coach Keith Hensler and his staff.
